Results vary

One Boring Task teaches a method for building and checking simple AI helpers for work. What you get from our free kit, emails, videos or courses depends on your task, your tools, your workplace rules and your effort. We don't guarantee any result, and we don't promise any specific time savings, income or career outcome.

Educational content only

Everything we publish is general educational information. It isn't legal, financial, data-protection or professional advice. Your company's policies and local laws come first. When in doubt, ask your manager, IT or a qualified adviser.

Check AI output

AI tools can make mistakes, including confident ones. You're responsible for checking any AI output before you rely on it or share it, and for what you choose to put into AI tools. Our rule of thumb: AI drafts, you decide.

Third-party tools

Our lessons may show third-party AI and automation tools. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless we clearly say so. Product names belong to their owners. Their features, prices and free-tier limits change, so check their current terms before you use them.

How we make our videos

Our videos use real screen recordings, slides and an AI-generated voice. Scripts are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a person. Demos are real runs on sample data.

Using our materials

The free kit is for your personal and internal work use. Please don't resell or republish it as your own. Sharing a link to oneboringtask.com is always welcome.

Paid courses

Paid courses, including the planned beta, will come with their own terms of sale and refund policy, shown before you buy.
